Verdict

Scratchpad AI Sales Assistant is a decent AI Sales tool. It suits specific needs but has trade-offs.

Who should buy: Small to mid-sized sales teams that need a budget-friendly, AI-powered assistant for personalized outreach and basic pipeline management without requiring mobile access or deep integrations.

Who should skip: Enterprise sales teams needing SOC2 compliance, mobile functionality, extensive CRM integrations, or API access for custom workflows should look elsewhere.

Hidden costs: The free tier has unspecified usage limits; upgrading to Pro or Business is necessary for unlimited use. No additional per-contact fees are mentioned, but heavy usage may require a higher tier.

Learning curve: Moderate: Setting up custom templates and workflows may take some initial effort, but the interface is designed for sales professionals and the browser extension reduces friction.
