Frequently Asked Questions

How does Soldo pricing actually work?

Soldo doesn’t publish a standard price list; you request a quote based on company size and cards. Pricing generally includes a monthly platform subscription plus per-active-card fees, and volume discounts apply as your card count grows.

Is Soldo a bank account?

No. Soldo is an e-money spend management platform, not a licensed bank. You load funds from an existing business bank account into a Soldo master wallet, then distribute to employee prepaid cards.

Which accounting and expense tools integrate with Soldo?

Soldo integrates with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, SAP Concur, and similar tools for automated expense entry. It also offers API access and CSV export for custom workflows.

Can I set different spending limits for different employees or teams?

Yes. You can set per-card and per-team budgets, merchant category blocks, ATM withdrawal limits, and transaction-level approvals from the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens when an employee returns a purchase or gets a refund?

Refunds go back to the Soldo card/wallet automatically, typically within a few working days depending on the merchant. You can see refunds in the transaction feed and reconciliation reports.

Is Soldo available outside the UK and Europe?

Soldo primarily serves the UK, EU, and EEA. Cards are issued locally in supported countries, but international businesses with entities in multiple countries may need separate Soldo accounts or should check country availability.
